Type: sub-fund of an alternative closed-end property umbrella investment fund.

Mission: to stimulate and optimise property development initiatives with the aim of initiating the urban and/or building enhancement processes of properties in the portfolio for their subsequent sale or income generation.

Amount subscribed: 272 million Euro subscribed by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A.

Duration: 30 years, in addition to any extensions not exceeding a total of five years and a grace period not exceeding three years.

 

Investment operation and type

The Plus Section purchases properties owned by Collective investment undertakings managed by CDP Investimenti Sgr (Sgr) or by companies controlled by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. or companies invested in by the property companies of the Sgr group.

The Fund is an incubator of property development initiatives with the aim of initiating the urban and/or building enhancement processes of properties in the portfolio for their subsequent sale or income generation.
The assets of the Plus Section may be invested in property that has already been built, to be redeveloped and restored, maintained or converted, or in property to be finished or demolished and rebuilt, or in areas or land.
